G15N60 600 volts, 15 Ampere IGBT in TO-247 package.

G15N60 IGBT has a 600 volts Vce and Collector current of 15 Ampere and peak pulsed collector current of 62 Ampere. G15N60 has 75% lower Eoff and can withstand short circuit upto 10us. G15N60 IGBT is specially designed for Motor Control and Inverter applications.
