1. More power supplies
Dear Sir, 
Can you please add a design for a power supply based only on a dc source. Something like 4 D-alkaline batteries (6V) used to run a circuit. How do we get the required 3.3V to drive surface mount microcontrollers. This is an all dc circuit. Things like reverse current protection and over current protection will also be very helpful to students like me.
